  1. Learn about the aim of the fund, who it’s for, and how to apply on the fund page.

2. If you decide you want to apply for funding for a project of your own, read the terms and conditions on the page before clicking Apply.

4. Either login or create a new ChangeX account.

5. You’re now on the application form.

Double check that you’re eligible and read up on how we assess applications (this may vary depending on the fund, below is an example).

Then complete the form.

Note: for some funds the form design may differ to what is in the screenshots but the length of the form and question type is very similar.

If at any time you want to save your work so far and come back to it later click on save draft at the top or bottom of the page.

You can access your applications by clicking on the dropdown menu in the top right of the navigation bar.

Once you’re ready to submit, read and accept the terms and conditions and click submit.

You will see confirmation that your application has been submitted and the closing date (also visible on the fund page), after which you will be notified about your application status, and highlights the next step.

If you’re allocated funding you will then get access to your project page where you will have to complete some simple steps within 30 Days.

These steps can involve reading content about the impact reporting process and potentially posting a photo of your team. Once this is completed you can add your payment details on the site and we will review all information and approve the application.
