If a fund is fully allocated, all the portfolio ideas in the fund page will display the "No funding available" badge as shown below:

When that is the case, communities are still welcome to apply and will enter our waitlist. If funding opens up either when an existing application fails to complete their 30 Day Challenge or does not fulfill our due diligence requirements, we'll pull applications from our waitlist and allocate funding to these projects.
