If your are reading this article it is likely that you have completed your 30 Day Challenge and are now wondering how to collect your funding. Congratulations!

How do I get paid?

  • Log into changex.org and go to your project page where you just completed the final steps of your 30 Day Challenge.

  • Once you've completed the last step of the challenge, you will see a banner at the top of your project page, prompting you to "Add payment details". Click this button, or the "Payment Method" tab in the navigation bar to go to the Payment Method settings page.

Your challenge tracker, the area on your page titled "Track your progress" will also change. You can also click the "Add payment details" button here to go to the Payment Method settings. You'll find the progress tracker on the right hand side on desktop and tablet. On mobile, you'll need to scroll down the page.

  • On the "Payment Method" settings page, you can connect to Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe uses some language that may be confusing, but our FAQ section should help you get around any problems you encounter.

  • Once your bank details have been submitted, we will review your submission. You'll receive an email once we have approved it and sent your funding.

Note:
To process payments we are connecting to a service called Stripe. By putting in your bank details you agree to our terms and to the sharing of your data with Stripe. Please find more information in our privacy policy and the Stripe privacy policy.

If you have trouble with any of the steps above feel free to get in touch with our support team by emailing [email protected] or Stripe's support team by emailing [email protected].
