When you first land on your ChangeX project page you will see the impact steps greyed out at the bottom, as per image below.
Note: applicants to the LEGO Local Community Engagement Program should review their unique impact reporting guidance in this article.
Note: if this article is not available in your preferred language click here
These steps become accessible 2 to 6 months (this timeline may vary) after you get paid the first portion of funding, when you will be asked to share the impact of your project on your community.
The first step is to post a summary that describes the impact of the project on your community. We also ask you to share at least one photo of your project, but the more you can share the better.
The second step is to fill out a short survey on your project by clicking on the green Complete Survey button.
Note: it’s important to keep all receipts and records for what you spend the funding on from the start of the project to share at this stage. We recommend taking photos of receipts on your phone as you get them and to email them to yourself to have a record of them saved for when you have to share them.
If receipts cannot be shown, if the funds are found to have been spent on costs other than those relating to the set-up or maintenance of the new community project, or if the project has not met the requirements of the initial project plan, no further funds will be allocated to this project and ChangeX reserves the right to retrieve the funds that have already been distributed. The applicant will be indefinitely ineligible to apply for any subsequent grants through ChangeX.
Once these steps are completed our Team will review the content and if it's approved you will receive the final portion of funding (usually approximately 30% of the total but this may vary).
And that’s done! Hopefully your project is up and running to continue to achieve impact!
