You can message other users on ChangeX by starting a new conversation and adding the names of the people you wish to message. As you start typing, you will see a list of suggestions based on the groups you are a member of.

To directly message a user who is not a member of the same group, you can click on their profile and click "Send Message", which will open a new conversation for you with that person.
