We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if there are challenges in working with a starter - be that a capacity issue for you/your team or a lack of engagement by the starter. We will support you best we can to get the project started but if that is not possible we will review the circumstances, consider any costs incurred by you and calculate the refund amounts applied. If you are unable to meet your commitments to a starter then we would expect to be refunded so we can distribute the funding elsewhere.
